ABOUT ME:

My name is Tessa, and I love creating beautiful products, spaces and events to bring joy to others.

I am a Christian with strong traditional values, and I’m so grateful to have grown up in a wonderful, supportive and loving family who endeavour to honour God with all that they do. They have been an important influence and example to my husband Anthony and I as we raise our daughters Chloe and Breanna.

I am a VISUAL person, usually with more vision than resource (and all the creatives said amen! haha), and I have always been obsessed with colour, creating, dreaming, directing and perfecting because I am passionate about bringing the very best that I can!

I am honest about what works and what doesn't, and every detail matters to me. 

My favourite clients are those who trust me with the big picture and the end result of a project (there is always a deliberate reason behind all of my choices, and they are made with your best interest at heart). 

HOW DID THE BUSINESS NAME 'BAY CREATIVE' EVOLVE AND WHO IS PART OF THE BUSINESS?

So...my first-middle-last name is Tessa Sally Bayliss, and I wanted a business name close to home but not have my own name attached to everything...and so ‘Bay Creative’ sounded simple and to-the-point!

I love making beautiful floral arrangements, styling events, hosting workshops and producing creative content, which often requires collaborating with others who have a specific skill set (i.e cake makers, food stylists, photographers, models, makeup artists) and so I will choose to work with a range of trusted and talented people to ensure the very best outcome for every project I take on.

ANY OTHER CREATIVE VENTURES?

YES! Always. I formally studied Interior Design and have had a passion for decorating homes from a very young age, and so I also have my own interior design business.
